Re: Coronavirus - everyone OK?

My only crumb of comfort is that if I think I caught it when I did then I should be over the worst of it and this would explain last week why I was feeling so much more awful than normal.

Re: Coronavirus - everyone OK?

Well... isn't that my luck. After I was rushed into A&E last Tuesday, I was tested for Covid 19 Wednesday and Thursday. They called me Sunday to say the Wednesday result was negative and then called me today to say the Thursday result was positive! I'm trying to work out where I caught it since I ha...

Re: Coronavirus - everyone OK?

The hospital they want me to go to for my op is the QE in Birmingham. A doctor we spoke to yesterday said up to 80% of patients at the hospital might have Covid 19. I can't afford to get it because I struggle to breathe even at rest. It may be a case of it can't be postponed any longer and I have to...

Re: Coronavirus - everyone OK?

They want me in hospital in a couple of weeks to drain the fluid from my heart due to pressures that have built up. I am extremely worried because if I catch this Covid, I will die. Long story short, I am extremely unwell at present and have been told I will need a heart and lung transplant in the n...

Re: Coronavirus - everyone OK?

Went into A&E Tuesday evening with a pain in my left lung making breathing impossible. They kept me there for a couple of days until the symptoms started to ease up. I did get treated like I had Coronavirus and was put in isolation the whole time. The doctors sent me home because they said staying i...

Re: Lakland Skyline Series

Cheers Rich.

I did go in slowly with just the screw to start off with before backing it up and installing the strap pin. The finish was unscathed!

Re: Lakland Skyline Series

Finally got round to installing Dunlop straplocks on the Squier today. I didn't fancy using a drill on the bass to increase the hole size. Bit of elbow grease with the screwdriver got me there in the end!

Re: Action

To be fair Ken, you could set the action of the Ricky to 5mm and it would still be clanging away. :D
