Although your user accounts have been imported, you may find that you will need to request a new password in order to log in. To do this go to the Login button (top right). Try logging in with your usual user name and password. If this fails, click I forgot my password then enter your email address. You should receive an email with a login link and new password. Use these to log in.

Once logged in, if you did get issued with a new password, it is a good idea to alter it to something else. To do this click on your user name (top right) then click on User Control Panel. Click the Profile tab, then click Edit account settings. Here you can set a new password.

You can now embed YouTube videos in posts using the following method:

Find the YouTube video ID, the part after the equals sign.

For instance: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=qJJmS-HY234

The ID of this video is: qJJmS-HY234

Put the video ID between YouTube tags, as follows:

[yootube]videoID[/yootube]

Spelling 'yoo' as 'you' obviously.. and removing any underlining...

And Bob is your father's brother:D

Lots of latest video's dont seem to like embedding, you have to click on a link to go to youtube.

...an update. Now media from youtube and many other sites can simply be added by pasting the page URL in to your post.

Sadly, with the conversion, the old youtube tags are not being parsed correctly, so if you are desperate to see the video, copy the ID from within the [youtube tags] and search for it on youtube.
